Floor Lab Pty Ltd terms and conditions for epoxy flooring services in Melbourne, including quotes, warranty, payment terms and Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided by Floor Lab are fixed-price and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on a site inspection and assessment of the concrete condition. If conditions at the site differ significantly from what was observed during the inspection, we may need to re-quote. We will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are detailed in your written quote. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due on completion of the work. We accept bank transfer and credit card payments. All prices quoted include GST.
Warranty
Floor Lab provides a 7-year workmanship warranty on all epoxy flooring installations. This warranty covers adhesion failure and delamination caused by installation defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive wear beyond normal residential or commercial use, or damage from chemical spills not specified in the original quote. To make a warranty claim, contact us directly with details of the issue.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
